How do I join?
Create a Seouléa account and you are enrolled automatically. If you already have an account, you are already a member.
I was a member before. Are my points still here?
Yes. Your existing Glow Points balance has been carried over to your account.
How do I check my balance?
Log in to your account to see your points balance, your tier and the rewards available to you. You can also call us at (514) 556-6158, extension 3.
When do I receive points for a purchase?
Purchase points are added to your account 14 days after your order, once the return period has passed.
How do tiers work?
Your tier is based on your total spend over the past 12 months. Everyone starts at Bronze. Reach $200 to move to Silver, $400 for Gold and $750 for Platinum.
Do my points expire?
Your points currently do not expire. If this changes, we will let members know in advance.
