How We Process Orders
Order Placed

During this stage, we verify your order details and begin processing the item. This includes preparing the order for shipment. Most orders begin processing within 1–2 business days.
Shipped
Our team processes your order, carefully packages it, and dispatches it to you. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey in real time. After shipping, you should expect your parcel within 2-7 business days for Canada and 4-8 business days for the United States.
Delivered
Your package is delivered directly to your address. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within a reasonable time if there are any issues with the product or shipment. We constantly strive to ensure every order arrives safely and meets your expectations.
